Delete your data

Deleting your Galomira Dating data

You can delete your dating profile yourself at any time. It's immediate and permanent, and it doesn't affect your Galomira account.

In the app

Open Galomira Dating and go to Profile.
Tap Delete dating profile and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your dating profile, photos, likes and passes, matches and messages — right away.
Your dating push notification tokens.
Reports you made or that were made about you, and moderation records, may be kept for a limited time for safety reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Without the app

If you can't access the app, email support@galomira.com from the address of your Galomira account with the subject "Delete my Galomira Dating data". We'll confirm it's you and delete your data within 30 days.

Deleting your whole Galomira account

Deleting your Galomira account (Galomira app → Profile → Delete account) also deletes all of your Galomira Dating data.
