Child safety standards
Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation
Galomira Dating (operated by Elvoren OÜ) is for adults only and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), in line with applicable law and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
Our commitments
- Galomira Dating is only for people aged 18 or over. Every profile requires a date of birth, and under-18s cannot create one.
- We have zero tolerance for CSAE of any kind, including content, grooming and solicitation.
- "Seems under 18" is a dedicated report reason, and these reports are prioritised by our moderators.
- Profiles and content that violate this policy are removed as soon as we become aware of them, and the account is permanently banned.
- Where required by law, we report confirmed child sexual abuse material and related activity to the relevant law enforcement and national authorities (and, where applicable, to NCMEC).
How to report a concern
- In the app: open the profile or chat, tap ••• → Report, and choose "Seems under 18" or the reason that fits.
- By email: write to support@galomira.com with as much detail as you can. We review every report.
