Who can use Galomira Dating

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
• You may have only one dating profile, and it must be about you.
• You may not use Galomira Dating if you have been banned from it or from Galomira, or if you are prohibited by law.

Your profile

• Use your real first name, your real date of birth and recent photos that clearly show you.
• Your date of birth cannot be changed after you create your profile.
• You are responsible for everything you post and send. You keep ownership of your content, and you give us a limited licence to host and show it to other users so the service works.

What's not allowed

• Harassment, threats, hate, or pressuring anyone for personal information such as their address.
• Nudity, sexual content involving anyone, or any content involving minors.
• Fake profiles, impersonation, catfishing, or using someone else's photos.
• Scams, spam, advertising, selling, or asking for money, gifts or investments.
• Using the service to stalk anyone or to work out where someone lives.
• Scraping, automation, or trying to get around blocks, bans or technical limits.

Safety and moderation

Anyone can block or report another person at any time. We review reports and may remove content, end matches, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. Serious cases may be reported to the police.

We do not run criminal background checks or verify every user's identity. Please read our Safety guide and take care when meeting people you don't know.

Ending your use

You can pause or delete your dating profile at any time in the app. Deleting it does not delete your Galomira account.

The service

Galomira Dating is currently free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We provide the service "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, are not liable for other users' behaviour on or off the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in or your right to bring a claim there. Questions: support@galomira.com.
